First off, you guys are the ones that have said it's coming out as a single.

My single actually comes out the day after the tour ends, on September 25. It's called "Red High Heels."
So it was Kellie and not us who stated this. I guess it's open to question, obviously, what "coming out" means, but I certainly don't think it was too much of a jump to assume that there would be a CD for sale with the single, especially to those of us who have no previous experience in anticipating the release of a new artist's work
Maybe it would have helped if one of the more experienced members would have corrected the misperception early on.
But no harm done, and we have all learned a lot from the experience.

There is nothing in that statement that says it will be available in hardcopy on the 25th. There is a reason we don't deal in speculation here. That's why. Your interpretation while probably the same as most, appears to not be the correct one. Is that Kellie's fault or your fault or more likely, the fact we as fans simply have an expectation that things are black and white when they're really pretty gray. I am surprised it's not at least on iTunes, but who knows, maybe they'll put it up there if it gets good response this week.

There's alot of people around that like to think they know everything or have the "inside scoop" on everything. If you believe them and it turns out not to be true, then you shuoldn't be upset.
As I recall, I've seen no official announcement of the single releasing for sale, but I have seen a bunch of people make that assumption.
I don't think it's because we think we have the "inside scoop." Kellie herself said that her song would be released on September 25th. We thought she meant the single...but it was just a big misunderstanding, that's all...

They probably have somebody "in the know" who gave/sold it to them. Then again, those pop up every once in a while. Whats not typical about this one, is the top bidder is bidding 355 dollars on it as of this moment, and it will go higher. If thats not an indication of how big of a hit this will be, I d k what is.

Are you talking about the CD single on Ebay? Most likely it's a fake.
