Welcome to CJ's Request Thread! I would love to make you a graphic!

I make signatures, banners, wallpapers, and avatars(no flash avatars)!

Rules
1. Use signatures and avatars for at least 3 days. If you don't want to use it at all, tell me and I'll try to make it better.
2. Please use the form below to request graphics.
3. Give me time to do your graphics...I can usually get them done within 48 hours.
