Lindsay's Graphic Challenge
ok so i decided i wanted to host a challenge, yay! This is a photo manipulation challenge. Here are the rules:

1. You must use this picture:


2. You can change anything about this picture. Kellie's hair color, her eye color, the length of her hair, the color of her shirt, etc. ANYTHING!
3. You can change up to 3 things MAX! no more than 3.
4. Entries must be in by August 17.

i'd play but i can't figure out how to do the color change thing on Photoshop... I knew once but I've forgotten..

i just used a brush on a new layer and changed the blend mode. like on hue or color
