No, just the decoder. Once you installed the decoder, you can use your favorite viewer such as Windows Media Player (WMP).

Sorry, yes, it's a big file. It's actually was much bigger originally in MPEG (400 MB!) and I had to use DivX to get it down to a reasonable size w/o sacrificing quality too much. However, I think it's worth it as it contains the entire medley.
