It's too bad that she didn't sing any other new songs. Was the arrangement of DYKHMILY the same? Or were things changed for the new album? I didnt get to hear it yet.

Same. But she said in one of her chats that the way they perform DYKHMILY in her shows now is the way the new version sounds. But it sounds exactly the same as the STG version to me.

The only difference between the STG version and the way she's performed it lately is now Josh does a big guitar solo at the end. But they didn't even do that in the Opry performance. So I guess that's just something they do when they're touring and won't be on the new version.

I don't see the point of re-recording it if they weren't going to change it considerably.

It was great to hear Kel at the opry,she sound a bit long winded and had a few pitch problems in DYKHMILY,other than that it was fantastic.

I listened to it too and I think they use the Opry band. It felt like that kind of thru Kellie off a bit. The backup singer I think was a woman and seemed to hold the note longer than Kellie sometimes. Our girl is usually best doing a show live with her band...they never let her down !
