Someone just posted the T22 who were just revealed. I'm sure the poster and post will disappear in a no time. Top 10 girls apparently were:
1. Alania Whitaker The girl who looked like Carrie.
2. Alex Lushington
3. Amanda Overmyer
4. Amy Davis
5. Brooke White The nanny. Professional. I think Simon likes her.
6. Carly Smithson (Irish Girl who got disqualified in S5 cos her visa papers didnt come in on time. Great vocals.
7. Kady Malloy She's the one that Simon said was the best they had seen then. Sang a great version of UM.
8. Kristie Lee Cook Dropped from BNA. The one who did Amazing Grace and was praised by the judges for great vocal control.
9. Ramiele Malubay
10. Syesha Mercado
Poster said he's not sure of 3 other girls, whether they made the Top 12 or not.

I think Kady Malloy and Kristy Lee Cook are the ones to watch. Alaina might be a dark horse. She could improve if she garner enough fanbase support. These girls are more country. Carly has very good vocals, cant remember what song she sang. The rest i'm not sure. I'm actually very surprised so many "blonde" country went thru.

Kady is my favorite, i'm really liking her and i love Brooke personality and i heard her songs on myspace and she's great!
Kristy and Alaina are cool too, i like them!

Yeah, i think Kady is very good. I think she can do quite a few genres. If i remember correctly she sang Carries, BHC. Brooke's very animated when she talks. I remembered her auditions was quite good. Love Kristy's audition of Amazing Grace. Not so much "devoted". I find it very run-of-mill.
Hmm, anyone thinking, competition for Kellie? Carrie is now so rooted in country, while Kellie is slowly carving her niche. I'm worried if a country gal wins it all, and BNA gets the option to sign her up, i worry that Kellie might get elbowed even more into the corner.

i'm not worried, Kellie is getting better and better, she has the best personality and we love her, if she makes a good cd and i know she will make it, there's no reason to be worried, i know i'm liking the others girl so far more than the country girls on season 7.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Kellie's new cd. I'm also hoping she gets more promotion. Never knows. Also hope her cd has songs with broader genre spectrum. She's touring and it is possible she's carving a niche. Country radio unfortunately isn't very open to female artist. I'm hoping a few of her songs can sneaked into AC or pop. Kellie sings rock well, i'm hoping at least a few of her songs are rock sounding like Best Days. Didn't follow Carrie's career. Was wondering if JTTW and BHC broke the barrier for Carrie coz they were country pop and are well received on AC/pop categories?
Cant remember a lot of the AI7 contestants besides the ones i commented on. Carly is also very good. Great pipes. Dont know her appeal tho.
well think I am bout done with AI, starting to piss me off..lol
they will send ppl home who actually have good voices.. because they get little carried away with there auditions. Which all they have to say is, " thought you didn't need to do that ,, something you will need to quit or work on etc.. but ur through.. but they sent them home..
but then will let someone through/ in

Agree with u allie im not gonna wacth it anymoreeeee did u see that girl aretha last night the black woman well she was GREATTTTTT and damn simon was like u can't sing! i was in SHOCK and that girl from albermarle [ the girl wen they showed kellie !! ]
well she wasn't that bad either and that guy who had a little baby he was AMAZING. im sick of it haha they deserve to get threw!

those were the exact ppl i was talkin bout too.. the guy with baby, and the one who was good but had a huge ego.. she kept saying she was good ..so that why they didn't let her through cause of her ego... that is crap... they were telling her she couldn't sing..lol ya right BS..that guy with baby was amazing.. he just got carried away with doin some weird stuff with his voice..
that one from Albemarle she wasn't too bad, there were better.. but really she was alright, they let worse through.. ya I think I am done watching..
