Nashville Star- Season 5
Anyone else excited? It premires on the 11th.
I hope this season can produce a STAR. Since all of the winners and runner ups have completely flopped. Miranda Lambert is the only one to have any success after the show.

I've heard a lot about it, but I've never seen it. I'll probably give it a try.
I forgot that Miranda Lambert was on that show!!! lol What season was she on and did she win?

I'm ready and excited,i've been watching since season 2.And hoping to see someone become a star from it this time around.

I'm actually glad they Nashville Star is starting one week before AI. Usaully they start a week or 2 after, and really get the "diehards" who will stay up for it. Gonna be a great season. As to Miranda... she never won, she was 3rd runner up, in season one. Buddy Jewel won that one. Did well with 3 songs, but haven't heard from him since.

Really? Wow! She is doing really well for being the 3rd runner up. Nashville star seems to be another show that proves you don't have to come in 1st place to be successful. |

I really like Kacey Musgraves on this one. I've been following her since I heard about her through Miranda Lambert at the Lindale Centennial a while back. She makes great music and is VERY similar to Miranda in her style.

This is my first season watching it but I love Miranda Lambert and Buddy Jewell's music so I figured I'd give it a try. I really like Kacey and Angela.

I HAFTA AGREE, But the sucky part is her brother is most likely to be the one standing beside when she gets crowned. Oh well am sure they will do fine, they had some really good talent this year!

I am hyped for tonight. I am just glad after how lame last season was that this season was just amazing. Last season could have been interesting had they not of voted out Kristen. She was the only one who provided competition for Chris.
Miranda Lambert no longer will be considered the biggest star of this show. I think Angela is just amazing and she is going places.
