Poll: Do you think the school should have to pay for what happend to me on the bus???

I WENT TO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY I RIDE THE BUS SO WHEN I GOT THERE THE STUPID BUS DRIVER PARKED WEIRD SO I TRIPPED AND FELL ON THE SIDE WALK HEAD FIRST AND ONE OF MY FRONT TEETH GOT CHIPPED THE OTHER CAME LOOSE SO I ENDED UP GOING TO THE DENTIST AND HE MOVED MY TEETH WITH HIS HAND AND GAVE ME BRACES ON SIX TEETH NOW I LOOK LIKE A DORK WITH THE CHIP IN MY TOOTH AND PARTIAL BRACES AND ITS HARD TO EAT AND DRINK AND I PROBABLY HAVE TO GET 4 ROOT CANALS AND 4 CROWNS
The question is...
Do you think the school should have to pay for what happend to me on the bus???

I voted "yes" because the bus driver parked the bus improperly.

I voted yes. If the school doesn't come up with the money on their own, I think you have a good case against them at least in small claims court.

I didn't vote. I'd need to know what "parking weird" means before I could do that.

I voted yes and you should try to sue them. I know a lot of lawyers will hear your case first or give you the first 30 minute consulation for free and let you know if it's litigatable. You wouldn't be charge a dime. However, please ask up front of this free courtesy consultation service.

I think it's the least that you can do. Even if doesn't go anywhere, it will make you feel better knowing that you tried.

There was about a 8 inch gap between the road and the curb my foot got caught in that gap which caused me to trip which resulted in me chipping 4 teeth and having to get 4 root canals and 4 crowns

i voted no because its not the schools fault its the bus drivers fault sooo in my area we have a bus garage and i would sue them not the school..but if you dont have a bus garage i would have voted for yes...sorry if you dont have a bus garage.

I agree with u its not the schools fault i think that that bus driver should get sued because of the way he parked his bus

First off let me say, I am sorry that you fell and had so much damage to your teeth, it is awful, and I'm sure very painful.

Ok guys, I hate to admit it, but I voted No, I know some of you are going to be mad atme for that vote, but w do have to look at ourselves sometimes and say, you know I just had an accident, and leave it at that. We live in a world that has learned to point the finger at everyone but themselves. It's always someone else's fault that I maid a mistake, had an accident, was in the wrong or for whatever reason, WE are never wrong. I think that society as a whole needs to start taking responsibility for itself and stop blaming others.
Things are so overpriced because of the way people sue people. I mean you have to admit, you can't sue McD's because YOU drove there and ordered a BIG MAC Super Sized every day and now your morbidly obese, and your suing for them to pay for you to have surgery to fix the problem. I'm sorry everyone, but I have to say stop the rediculas lawsuits. I'm just waiting for someone to get pricked by a rose thorn, have an allergic reaction, go to the hospital and then turn around and sue me. I try to cut all the thorns off by the way, but sometimes they are on he bottoms of the leaves too. Things happen and people need to realize that.

Hope I didn't offend to many people, but that's my take on things. I know I'm not poplular the majority, but is the majority always right? Don't do something just because everyone else does it....
