It is not life threatening and she will live it out. But she can not do anything for 6 weeks, not even walk to get up to get a drink.

I tuned in on this thread late, but I'm glad your dog will make it. Are you able to visit Peaches while being treated? Dogs can sense love and seeing you will do wonders for Peaches' spirit and recovery.
