I know I can count on you guys so please listen up! I have not been on in a while but please know why. I was very close with my uncle ken but he was in and out of the hospital so when he was out time was precious. So when I heard on the answering machine he was in the hospital i was thinking ok its just like last time he will be in today and out tomarrow but the worse happened. I called my mom and asked why didnt you tell me and usual things like that. keep in mind I was only 10 and two weeks before my 11 birthday. So when parents got home my dad took me into my room and sat down on my bed and said god dose everything for a reason at that moment my heart stopped i began to fall apart. It seemed like the floor opened up and swallowed me whole. I cried and cried. At the funeral i didnt say a word. i just stood there in silence. I remebered that he loved john deere so now it seems everywhere I go theres John Deere.
Well if you thought that was sad listen to this just a week after that and a day before my birthday something terrible happened.I got a call form mom saying come outside and look at the pool.Well there are apartments behind my pool and my friend lived there. Well as i went down stairs there was smoke everywhere. I look at my friends apartment is on fire. I call 911 and they say a emergency vehicle is on the way. But here is the amazing thing if someone called 911 and a vehicle was on the way how come one wasnt there yet. it was odd because I live ont he same street as a fire station so thats amazing and to add to that it wasnt even our state's fire department it was NC's.So that didnt make any sence.
Anyway just count your blessings and pray everyday because you never know how important something is until you lose it.

It sounds like you have been through a lot lately.

I am sorry to hear about your uncle. He obviously meant a great deal to you.

I hope things start to look up for you.

Your uncle was indeed a huge impact on your life Lucy,may the good lord watch over him always and remember that your uncle lives on in your heart and spirit forever.
Sometimes when a dark cloud appears a rainbow is yet to come,the rainbow will evenutally appear for you.
My prayers are with you during this time of mourning.

Awww Lucy, I'm so sorry to hear about your uncle. I don't know why things like this have to happen, but I believe your Uncle Ken is up in heaven now watching out for you and your family. I do hope your friend is ok. Take care of one another....I'll pray for you all during this troubling time.
