I just talked to someone at BNA and I asked about Kellie's single. She said there was nothing in their "database" that indicated that RHH was being released as a single CD before the album. She had the album information but nothing on the single. When I asked if I could talk to someone who could give me further information, she refused.
The download appears to be available for purchase on AOL, but WalMart, Amazon, and Itunes don't have it currently.
MMMM, sounds like a question for James to clarify for us. I have a feeling that the "release" of the single applied only to radio play and download.

True but I want to buy the singles and albums! Since the single is out to radio why wouldn't it be on iTunes at least? Do record companies normally do this for 1st singles?
First off, you guys are the ones that have said it's coming out as a single. The only thing anyone else has stated as confirmed is the single was releasing to radio.
There's alot of people around that like to think they know everything or have the "inside scoop" on everything. If you believe them and it turns out not to be true, then you shuoldn't be upset.
As I recall, I've seen no official announcement of the single releasing for sale, but I have seen a bunch of people make that assumption.

I assumed Kellie saying her single comes out Sep. 25 and her album comes out Oct. 31, that meant that it would come out today. Considering the person recording the album made that announcement.

I think it was a reasonable assumption for fans to make. When there was no talk of song B on the single, and the *cover* didn't seem to have much to do with Red High Heels, I will admit I was wondering.
*sigh* I was so hoping to have a real, hard copy single in my hot little hand but I suppose I will get over it. Eventually...

Yeah, there was no talk of a second song, there was no talk of a release, it seemed weird, but I had hope. And now, it's crushed!! I thought I'd have a single CD playing repeatedly on my player today!! But, I guess BNA isn't that smart, LOL, I guess I have to wait until oct. 31!!

So far, apparently the Sept. 25th date Kellie mentioned in the EW interview was actually the original radio release date, which was moved up to Sept. 12th (since the album release date was also moved up 2 weeks) after that interview occured. The EW interview was posted on 9/13 but maybe it happened before then.
