How many cds will kellie sell this week after AI performance - Page 2

If there were no problems with retailers having Kellie's cd in stock, I would estimate sales of around 7000 to 8000. However as we all know, that's not gonna be the case. So with that I'll say around 5000 to 6000.

The Wal-mart nearest to me here had none in stock as of Tuesday evening.

The nearest Best Buy had 3.

One added note, Kellie had been selling about the same as Blake Lewis before his appearance a couple weeks ago. His sales averaged about 4400 the past two weeks. A modest increase from around 2500, but not too impressive considering he was on in front of about 30 million people and his cd has only been out a few months. On the other hand, Kellie's cd has been out for nearly 17 months, and from the indications were seeing here, she should easily see a bigger spike than Lewis did.

about another 30,000 and STG will outsell "My December". I think this will happen in about two months or so.

That's good to know. That gives hope that we might see higher numbers than we're predicting. Higher is always better.

It certainly does Mike.Many of us are crossing our fingers for a huge increase with Easter only a few days away.

With such big jumps in online sales I predict the album to sale around 10K this week if not more.

Hard to say. This is same audience she has performed in front so many so many times before so I guess the question would be how many news fans did she picked up. Most of idol fans the would by CD and like Kellie probably has already bought one. Increase for sure but how many can be anyones guess.

Last time on A.I. she sang I Wonder. RRH is a more fun song to sing along with. Even though she's performed it before on television, it was on early shows, or late night shows...a lot of people would have missed it and never saw it before. I think sales will be really big.
