Help with picking a camera!

I know there are some camera geniuses around here, so I figured I'd post the three I am looking at right now and see if anyone can give me some advice.

I mostly use my camera to take pics of my children.

I am looking for one under $250.

I much about cameras so any or suggestions would be much appreciated! I am looking mostly for something that either takes the next picture pretty fast, or at least takes multiple pics at a time (frames per second), and has a pretty good zoom.

I have been looking at these 3.............

I'd look at the Fujifilm S700 7.1 megapixel. The cameral sells for around 249.95, I believe thats what I paid for mine. I takes 4 AA battery's which last a very long time compared to other digital camera's I own. I also put a 1gb card in it and you can take all the pictures you'll ever want to take with it. When Kellie was at the NC State Fair I took all my pictures with it and was very pleased with the results. Looking for a digital camera can be very mind bogling to say the least. But look at this one, I really think you would like it. Very easy to operate. The pictures on this page were taken with it.

haha its true, like last time i went and saw kellie i was stuipit and brought a disposable camera haha & my pictures didnt come out that well haha =(

The last time I went I was in the back and had a didgital, but because of the seats I had they didnt turn out good.
