Best camera for concerts

I've seen everyone's amazing concert pictures so I thought I'd ask you guys form some help. I'm going to be purchasing a new digital camera in the next few weeks and was wanting some suggestions.
I want a camera that takes good concert pictures. I usully end up with pictures that are too dark or to bright and blurry. I'd like to have a fairly small camera that I could keep in my purse but I'm open to all suggestions.
I'd also gladly accept all suggestions for taking pictures at concerts.

this is the one that I have and it's got a great zoom on it, which is great for concerts.

It's kind of expensive, but for me it was worth the money. It has an amazing zoom. I manage to get decent pictures even being really far back. And it takes video too. Here's some examples:

So yeah, it's not a perfect camera because it's kind of big and heavy, so it can be a pain to drag around if you're on a trip or something, but I have gotten some beautiful shots with it:
