Anyone can get played if the record company pushes your song on radio, it is no big deal.
To be really well known you have to sell albums like Shania has in Brazil and all over the world.
Just because you hear an artist on radio doesnt mean anyone will buy their music.
You have to connect with the fans like a Shania for the fans to buy the music.
Bottom line is that Shania is the only country artist to really be successful worldwide and in Brazil.

it's not that big of a deal.. and it was easy to accomplish because she releases pop songs and does remixes. It's called selling out. Her label sends them out to pop stations and since it's pop they will play it. Shania did that a few times as well. Glad Kellie doesn't do it She is a "country" singer.
