Your OWN Celebrity Playlist!
Your OWN Celebrity Playlist!
You know how on Itunes a lot of artists have a celebrity playlist compiled of some of there favorite songs. Well Carrie has one, so why shouldn't you!?
Rules are simple, put anywhere from 1-15 songs from any artist, any genre, any time in history! I just would not use more then 2 songs per artist cuase something tells me all of ours would look pretty similar! Add a little blurb after each song saying why you like the song! AND The list shouldn't be in any order of favorites (Mine is not).
MY LIST
1. "If You're Reading This" by Tim McGraw
- Very emotional and I really think Tim has a strong voice on this song and sings it very good.
2. "Rehab" by Amy Winehouse
- Has a sound that I think has been forgotten in R&B music. I know it's not about a very good topic, but hey, it's unique.
3. "That's What I Love About Sunday" by Craig Morgan
- Brings me back to a life that I never experienced. Seems like I'm there when I listen to this song, and that's a place where I really want to be!
4. "Just A Dream" by Carrie Underwood
- Wow. This is one of those songs that is so sad, but yet you can't stop playing it, and don't forget those vocals!
5. "Bless The Broken Road" by Rascal Flatts
- This was one of the first country songs that I ever heard and it's simple and perfectly produced.
6. "Not Ready To Make Nice" by Dixie Chicks
- Just when I didn't think I could admire their boldness anymore, I'm proved wrong. These girls know how to make good music and this song won't dissapoint. You hear the passion in the song and know that it's sung from the heart!
7. "Follow Me" by Uncle Cracker
- It was very simply produced in a positive way.
8. "Tim McGraw" by Taylor Swift
- This song is perfect for Taylor's voice. It's really unique and has great lyrics.
9. "You Raise Me Up" by Josh Groben
- It's very inspirational and I just want to burst out singing it wheneverI hear it.
10. "I Told You So" by Keith Urban
- This is another song that I can't hear it without singing. It's really upbeat and the banjo sounds really cool.
11. "My Angel" by Kellie Pickler
- Well it was about time that somone made a song for Grandmas. It's true, they are just like mothers, and this song gets that point across beautifuly. Not to mention that Kellie's voice is full of emotion and passion on this one.
12. "Time To Say Goodbye" by Andre Bocelli & Sarah Brightman
- As far as this song is from the type of music I usually like, it's beautiful. It's my grandparents favorite song, and I understand why. It's also in Italian which is pretty cool.
13. "Good Directions" by Billy Currington
- This is the song that I never get tired of hearing on the radio. It's pure fun and tells a story. And I love me some sweet tea!
14. "Jesus, Take The Wheel" by Carrie Underwood
- Great message in this song and sung beautifully. It's one of those songs that anyone can relate to.
15. "Umbrella" by Rihanna
- Pure fun and great beat.
16. "I Can Only Imagine" by MercyMe
- Great Christian song about what will happen when we see Jesus. I love it.
