A few notes from watching it last night:

Kellie Pickler, who ended up nabbing three awards, seemed genuinely unsure what to say and even said, “You can take the camera off of me now.” Hard to imagine anyone on the MTV Video Music Awards asking for the camera to be taken off them. Ever. No wonder country fans love their stars so much.

I can't decide if it was "Boo" coming from the audience or "Snoop". I'm leaning towards "Snoop". What do you guys think?

I'll have to watch it again, but I just don't think the Nashville crowd would boo anyone without excess provocation.

I was wondering the same thing but I think they were saying Snoop. lol

Snoop Dogg didn't have any business being there so I hope they were booing. All that loser would do is 'taint' Nashville. He first needs to gain some actual credibility (and talent), otherwise he should stay with all that 'classless riff raff' he has been a part of for many years.

A few years ago he showed up at the MTV Awards leading a woman on a dog leash. Talk about poor examples.
