That's so neat! That is actually my cousin (Daniel Mauney) and I think it's super that they donated some items for her wardrobe! Some of the other boards have been really mean about "how does Kellie get all of these great clothes if she is so poor and pitiful". Well I'm gonna send this to all of those MEAN people that have been saying that. Also, she competed against a good friend of mine last year in the Gimme the Mike contest and she has reused both of those outfits during this contest. Just give the girl a BREAK already....she's the only girl getting any of my votes! GO KELLIE!

I found a Web site for Step by Sloan, which I guess is the shoe store part of Sloan and Step by Sloan:

There's other stuff on the Web site, too, like handbags.

That's a pretty trendy part of town, with lots of cool restaurants nearby. I'm sure there's more than one place to get calamari and spinach salad along East Blvd.

Sorry I don't know much else about them. For obvious reasons, I don't shop for women's clothes.

OK. Bit of a followup. Local Fox station went to Sloan and talked to Dan Mauney, one of the co-owners, about her outfits.

In a nutshell, he said they were going for clothing that fit her form because she had such a nice shape, was current, and had a few touches that looked good on TV.

Me talking about fashion is a bit like Simon talking about manners, so I hope I paraphrased this correctly. The local host summed it up as "sexy but not hoochie."

He showed a top that was just like the one she wore last week and pulled out another one he thought would look good on her.

This Fox station doesn't put any video or transcripts on the Net, and all I have is a VHS tape, so I can't post a link or a cap.
