Well , in a nutshell, this was an article where local leaders in Stanly County were trying to get ideas and opinion from local folks on what the county needs to focus on.

Kellie's name came up, probably because she created a revival for Albemarle businesses, and helped the town to distinguish itself from other small towns in the area. But most of the article was about economic and social issues.
