Paisley Aiming For Next Level With 2007 Tour

Brad Paisley has signed up Jack Ingram, "American Idol" finalist Kellie Pickler and young country star Taylor Swift as support acts for his Bonfires & Amplifiers Tour. The outing, which is sponsored by Hershey's, begins April 26 in Chattanooga, Tenn., and will run through late August.
Paisley's will be out behind his 2005 release "Time Well Wasted," which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart and No. 2 on The Billboard 200. His new single, "She's Everything," reached No. 1 on the Hot Country Songs tally. Paisley is also planning to release a new album this year, although details have yet to be announced.
The artist entered Billboard Boxscore's yearly Top 25 Tour list for the first time in 2006, grossing $28 million from 97 shows. "I cannot tell you how many times I have heard fans in the crowd comment on his guitar playing," Live Nation president of country touring Brian O'Connell recently told Billboard. "They weren't expecting the musicianship that Brad displays night after night. Those kind of comments are the ones that I listen for on the road, because it will keep the fans coming back."
