Thanks Mike!! That's where my in-laws live! about 2 minutes down the raod from that particular intersection shown. I haven't been to one yet but my cousin hasn' missed a single one! She says that they are GREAT! My husband and I are going to try to get out there one night, but it's kinda hard with the kids.

You're welcome. I think I am going to try to go to one when the weather cools down a bit. It's really not that far from me. Probably less than an hour driving. The car show looks really cool, too. |

I just get a kick on reading what people who ain't from Stanly County think about our little slice of God's country and how we do things around here, and yes, Kellie is a product of her raising. I am a local and sound just like her and yeah, Stanly County, Albemarle, Oakboro and all the little towns here about are full of characters and humour, like Kellie. You mean to tell me there are actually people out there who wouldn't know what a burnout is?
