Joe's Bar-Chicago
Just wanted to say that my friends and I had a blast listening to Kellie talk and sing at Joe's Bar in Chicago last nite(Thurs the 7th).She is a delight and such a doll!!!She had us laughing!!!We enjoyed her performance,too!! She was questioned by the DJ from the country station, US99,and that was real interesting to hear what she's been thru.His name is Ramblin Ray but Kellie kept calling him "motormouth!" She is so funny!!! I am so impressed that she wrote and co-wrote some of the songs.I am very happy for her.We got to meet her and she signed her CD for us.Thanks Kellie!!!

Can you give us some details about this appearance. Tell us something about Joe's bar. Small? Big? Was it one of the radio sponsored performances that are popular currently? How many songs did she sing? Was this appearance a short segment in the night's program or was Kellie the only performer? How many people were there? How was she received by the crowd? I think most KellieFans are like myself, starved for information about these early appearances.

i have to plead ignorance, because i didn't know she was going to be in chicago. that's still 200 miles from me, but i'm also curious about that joe's place. my daughter actually lives in chicago, so she might know about it. [probably should resign my keepers title]

in looking at their web site, it's a huge sports bar that's about 20,000 square feet. they have concerts there with 120 tvs and 14 big screens.
