Hello yall!!!I had to work today and should be in bed cause I work tomorrow!!!Anyway, yeah the site
Welcome to Joe's Sports Bar! has the info you need to check on the place. You have to be 21 to enter. It's usually standing room only, well there are some seats by the three bars that are in the BIG room where the artists perform.BUT,this was a radio station "free LIVE COUNTRY" performance from US99 Chicago. So they had seats for us and tables. That's usually not the case.So they did it up nice for Kellie!!!The station has a free concert every month for the "rewards members",which I am.It's alot of fun.We trade in our points to get a pass for the free show each month. But Joe's has alot of country artists and other types of music there that you have to buy a ticket for.Like Joe Nichols on the 15th.Chris Young on the 22nd and so on.Phil Vassar will be there in Feb.There are alot of rock and alternative artists performing there as well. It's a sports Bar as you walk in, then you go into the next room and it's huge..like a warehouse room. That room is nothing fancy. But it's fun!!!What I can tell you about the nite Kellie was there is that she wore her RED HIGH HEELS!!!She was there to promote the new CD.She was asked questions by the DJ Ramblin Ray,about her life, the CD,etc. She is just too cute!!!So spunky and funny!!I believe I posted in another section what she sang.I am having a hard time remembering..sorry!!!But I'm tired. She did sing Red High Heels,Didn't You Know,My Angel and I think I posted that she sang Small Town Girl.We listened to some of the songs from the CD too, while she sat on the stage. It was like an album premiere type thingy. She had jeans on,a long sleeved black top and her hair was in a pony tail.We were thrilled to get to meet her. They also handed out what looks like a bookmark with two different pictures of Kellie on each side and it lists the songs off the CD on the one side.Kind of a souvenier I guess. She was on stage about an hour or so.Then she signed. There was no opening act.We enjoyed it very much.Hope to see her again.
Oh, you asked about pictures...I forgot my camera at work.I was just so upset and sick to my stomach about that.We went straight to Joe's from work and I forgot the camera...unbelievable!!!How do you forget your camera???Well one of my friends let me take all the pics that nite with her camera. So,she said she will put them on a disk for me.So hopefully I can post them. Good nite everyone!!!Talk with you later.
