About the fan club

they are finally doing something

Hi Guys,

Thanks for all your hard work voting for Kellie for the CMT awards.
No need to flood Wes's in box with emails. We are looking
into additional options for the website, including adding pics to posts, etc.. Also KP's Mgmt is aware you guys would love a Kellie fan club. We will keep you posted on any new updates!

don't be Heather, it's his job after all and Brian only said that because people were planing to send Wes emails and it wasn't necessary because they know about the situation

Wes works for Kellie not us. Generally managers don't communicate with fans, and its something Wes is doing out of the goodness of his heart. I just worry if he gets inundated with multiple e-mails saying the same thing or raking him over the coals he'll cease responding to e-mails. Cause it isn't something he has to do.

i think Wes know how the Kellie fans are, people here and there at kelliefans.com are very nice, i don't think he will be bothered about the e-mails, really...

Wes is actually Kellie's publicist, not a manager, and a publicist's role is to communicate with the media and public. So he works with Kellie, the label, media, and public. This doesn't have to include emails with fans but should when needed and appropriate. Fans are the label's customers and if I were on Kellie's team I would want to hear and consider what fans want for Kellie and fans. I know I'm not going to email Wes unless I have something important and worth saying. This doesn't mean Wes has to or has time to reply to every email. I don't think his inbox is getting flooded by fans but if it ever does, it's a clear signal that something is wrong or needs to be done. For example when Daughtry was voted off early, his fans organized email campaigns to MSNBC, FOX, etc. I've noticed that Daughtry's team much more openly communicates with fans - they even have mods with RCA posting updates and answering questions on his site board many times.

just stop over there at least once a day and post something, anything. It was getting kind of dead for awhile. Especially if you have a review of a concert you went to. After putting it up here, just copy and paste, and put it over there also.

I do get the occasional e-mails from Kellie's official site of her appearances,events,tour dates and such,but to log in and actually post in a thread has been lacking due to the fact I don't get a response as to why my log in doesn't work.I don't want to be a bother either as to owns the web-site and in control of things.
