I would be upset also. I upload my photos to a photo site. They can encript them for you. I would report it if possible. I think others should not profit from someone else's work.
I see several of my photos on there. I can understand how this can be upsetting, but do you really think people are paying for these photos? I would think it is very, very few that are sold. Most fans would know that these are available to download free at a number of sites.
My attitude is that I take the photos for my enjoyment, not for profit. And I post the photos for other Kelliefans to enjoy. If I water mark my photos or make them uncopyable, then I do prevent someone from selling them, but I also prevent many hundreds (or dare I say thousands) of Kellie's fans enjoying the photos.
Photos with watermarks are a distraction, and take away from the enjoyment of the photo.
If I were a professional photographer, and not a fan, obviously, I would feel differently.
On balance, and in my opinion, the advantages of allowing free access to my photos outweigh the disadvantages.

I definetely agree with what you say about preventing fans from viewing photos and how very few are sold, as he still has 100 copies left. I guess if I was a professional then I would probably be more angry.
I also agree with you Emily and Greta about it being someone else's work!

That's why I hardly post untagged pictures on the internet, or untagged graphics. Some people don't care.. and it really annoys me to have something personal taken with nothing in return.
I didnt see any of my former photos for sale. But I would not be happy if someone was selling them without my permission. I post them for the enjoyment of Kellie fans and not to make a profit!!!
