Stop complaining and start calling your local Wal-Mart and ask them to restock.

Good idea however there are over 3,000 Walmart stores and a few people at Walmart corporate control the CD dept., so a few fans calling a handful of local stores isn't going to make a drop in the bucket of this huge problem. What needs to happen is the label ship 500,000 CDs to Walmart stores at once along with the in-store and other promo needed to sell them like they have done for other artists. I think it makes more sense to direct requests to the label and Walmart corporate, not just a handful of local stores. Maybe a petition is needed.

In the past I have emailed Wal-Mart.....if you go on their web you can find customer service. This goes right into their corporate office....Have also called her management company and Joe Galante's office....nothing until just recently. But, apparently, my area is still the exception and not the rule, so it will be short lived if the "supply" doesn't keep up with the "demand"......Don't think it ever hurts to "make some noise".

My Wal Mart generally has (2-5 CD's). MY issue is they don't do a good job of placing them in a visable location. Yesterday, as an example, STG was down (3) shelves and behind a singer I'd never heard of. Also her name label was on a seperate row with a different singers CD's.
Anyway, what I do and suggest others do as well is I inconspicously move STG to the top row on the end where featured artists are placed. In my store if you enter the CD section you must go past this display. Works for me.

That's another reason why the label should ship 500,000+ of Kellie's next CD to Walmart, Target, etc. at once and get them to display it better. It's hard to miss the few CDs that are always stacked 20 or 50 copies deep on shelves. Like libbyrose said before, people don't buy what they don't see.

They do that for a reason and don't have a choice. If you compare it to Carrie, it's freakn' all over the place and mostly in the front (Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Barnes-Noble, Circuit City, etc., ). Her CD is very bright with warm, lively colors compared to Kellie's dull CD cover. They better produce a better CD cover for her second album.
If you want it to be effective and brave, how about replacing Carrie CDs with Kellie! Let's see what they say and how long it would take them to notice, lol! Do it for all of the stores I mention above.
