I mean... How can all of this change so strange and weird??
- First, They loved Kellie in the Auditions
- In the Top 24 She was one of the judges favorites: Simon called her a Naughty little MINX... A Naughty what? (LOL)
- Simon even prefered Kellie over Carrie... I mean, Come on! When did he said something like that before?
- Paula Said She is "infectious", "Guys are in love with her" (Wich is true! )
- When she got in the Top 12 and she sang Suds in the Bucket, Paula and Randy Agreed she is Better than that Song... (They looked the good side of the performance)
- When she sang "Walking After Midnight" Simon Said: it was Ballsy, Sexy, Welcome back!
BUT!!... In the last two weeks it seems like someone said to the judges: Bash her! Don't say any constructive!.. ETC... I mean, they totally changed their minds, the way they looked at her.... THAT REALLY BOTHERS ME!
Why do you thing that could happened???? Isn't this sound too weird/strange?
or Is there a rational explanation for that way of act??
I hate to say it, but you can't pin this all on the judges. I actually thought that they (well, Randy and Paula) did their best to pull their punches and "look on the bright side" last week, though they were a little more negative this week.
But the truth is, both most recent performances were pretty weak...based on those alone, if I had never heard her sing before, I would probably have wondered what she was even doing in the top 12.
Of course, I have heard her sing, and sing very well, before, so I was willing to overlook those performances as poor song choice. Too bad more people didn't feel the same way. Somehow I get the feeling, especially based on the apparent huge increase in vote totals, that a lot of new people who hadn't really been following the show much up to this point tuned in to watch the final 6, and maybe were basing their opinions off this most recent performance alone.
They had to let her go. She's was Chris's main competition! Chris is the chosen one and they will do ANYTHING to get the most popular contestants/bigger fanbase than Chris off the show. The judges change their minds and I think they set all this up!

uh!!!!i hate it too!!!its just mean!!!!i wonder how they would feel if they were in kellie's place.what if American Idol is scripted!?(gasp).no its impossible!!!!
the show is fixed..they want chris to win this year, which is exactly why they were pretty much knocking everyone else down this week and making chris seem like a god...they knew kellie was a big competition to him, so they got rid of her

I have a sneaking suspicion that it was Paris not Kellie who was the lowest vote getter on Tuesday but the producers decided to boot Kellie because of her 2 bad performances and because there was a big controversy over a company setting up phone booths to vote for Kellie or something. The producers where like "Kellie is really popular to be safe after 2 bad performances but we must keep the integrity of the show, and kick her off because this is a singing competition, that and this whole voting controversy can really hurt the validity of the show. So it was like a win win for them.
I think at this stage it's all about taking out the threats to Chris.
We know that Taylor/Kellie were the only ones who beat Chris every week on DI since the Top 12, neither was in the Bottom 3 before the Top 6, and even on off nights their fans came through. I think from a voting standpoint both were huge threats to their golden boy, so slowly are gonna be taken down so the red carpet can be rolled out for their chosen one. I saw enough last week that made it clear that the gameplan is to hype Chris up and discredit Taylor, it made me sick. Chris gets praised. Taylor slammed. Chris gets the pimp spot for the 2nd time since the Top 12, a week after a Bottom 2 visit no less, while Taylor hasn't had it one time. Chris gets to sing the song he prepared for, while Taylor is forced to change.
I just know that when Kellie passed the test on Queen week, her confidence was at a all time high, and she was on a roll. We then get two themes that are outside the box and doesn't allow her to display her strengths. I find it curious that the week after she goes, you have two themes that she would hit a homerun on, cause she can select something that suits her and doesn't have to be made into some stiff boring flatfooted cabaret singer which is what those past two themes forced her into.

We know that when a contestant makes their 1st trip to the Bottom 3...their numbers shoot up greatly the next week.
AI knows that if they let Kellie survive the Bottom 2 and return next week on two themes that suit her, that her fans would have put her at the #1 spot, they wouldn't allow it. I would bet anything that if Taylor is in the Bottom 2 in the next 3 weeks, they will boot him regardless cause his fanbase scares them cause it affects Chris.
Paris has been in the Bottom 3 enough times for them to know, her fanbase isn't big enough to overtake Chris, so it's no threat and she stays.
I think they will get rid of Katharine and Taylor in the next 2 weeks. Kat's fanbase has grown and they are voting like jungle people. Taylor fans are still voting like mad. they are NOW Chris's biggest threats. So don't be surprise if they leave and Chris, Elliot and Paris are your top 3.
