you just get a plain white t-shirt and iron-on transfer paper. Then, you iron the shirt first to make sure there are no creases in it. You place the thing u want on the shirt on it so that it is upside down. Oh, and make sure you print it w/ the words backwords so that when you iron it on, you can read it correctly. Then, you just iron over the transfer for a couple seconds. Maybe half a min. Then, you can slowly peel the paper off, and the shirt is done. Now, when you wash it, turn it inside out and don't put it in the dryer: air dry it. The stuff on the shirt will fade eventually, maybe. It depends on the type of shirt. I don't know what kind of material makes it last longer, but I have a shirt that I made for the AI3 tour and it is made of 60% cotton and 40% polyester, and the shirt is in very good condition. Hope that helped you!!!
