I agree because I watch it all the time and nothing moves very fast. It seems like it takes forever a really good video and song to move up. It's like three spots a week. For example Carrie's "Before He Cheats" is the # 1 song in America but the video hasn't reach # 1 yet on CMT video countdown. I think your right and they choose what they want.
Having said that it might be good for Kellie because she just did the red carpet for them and I sure she will be doing a lot more. So maybe in the furture this will be good for her.
