Ah. I looked but couldn't find any images.
But ... you could make screen caps this way in Windows Media Player from the videos:

* Open Window Media Player
* Then go to Tools | Options
* In Options, select the Performance Tab
* Way below you click on the Advanced Button
* Uncheck “Use Overlays’
* Click Ok
* And you are ready.
Just use the print screen button, and paste them into your editing program.
This will make the videos run a little jerky, but that isn't bad when you're doing screen caps. And then you can change it back after.
