Ah. I looked but couldn't find any images.

But ... you could make screen caps this way in Windows Media Player from the videos:

* Open Window Media Player
* Then go to Tools | Options
* In Options, select the Performance Tab
* Way below you click on the Advanced Button
* Uncheck “Use Overlays’
* Click Ok
* And you are ready.

Just use the print screen button, and paste them into your editing program.

This will make the videos run a little jerky, but that isn't bad when you're doing screen caps. And then you can change it back after.

I also use a free video player called Media Player Classic that does screen shots.

This is actually a lot easier.

Those are excellent suggestions Mike!

Another suggestion that I will add is that every Windows XP PC comes with "Windows Movie Maker" which you can use to take great screen shops. It can also be used to create montages or video sequences.
