you need a program...
paint works but not very good.
I you Paint Shop Pro 8...
you can use anykind of PSP^ though.
just find it on the web and you can download it for a free trial period and then if you want to continue using it, buy. If you want to just buy it, you can find it any store that sells hardware.

^Yes. I use Photoshop, which probably works the best. I used to use Paint though & that wasn't bad. Then just get pictures, cut the outside of them, add text & border, upload, and you're done!!

I use Paint, & they did not turn out too bad. Here's one I did on paint:

i use adobe photoshop 4.0 its one of the cheapests i've seen. It was only $70 during christmas time.

Question...How do you cut th picture on paint? That's what I use and can't seem to figure out the cutting part,also how do you blend different pictures with each other in paint?

Well, I now recommend PSP8. It works very good, and the best part, It comes with animation shop 3!

How 2 put a picture on paint
go 2 paint, then after that, go to "edit" then "paste from" when u click that ur "my pictures should open up!!

If you want to do exciting work, you'll definately need something like PSP.
But, if you're not a serious player, like me, GIMP works really well and it's free. You can download it on-line.
I made my siggy with GIMP.
