2. How long? Anywhere from 10 minutes for a really simple one to an hour for one I really love and am experimenting on.

How long?Usually depends on what i'm working with. but usually 10 mins for a simple one. hard-usually 45 min up to an hour.
What I use? paint
Layers?Yep.

1. It matters on the pictures like Myriam said. If they are the same pictures like in my blend, it only takes a couple minutes like 10. If they're different pictures it takes me like 30-40 minutes. The only thing that takes a long time for me is adding effects. Like my blend took me a good 2-3 hours cause i didnt know what effects would look good.
2. Adobe Photoshop 4.0 Its really simple to use. It has the same tools as PSP does, but i didn't have the same effects.
3. Yeah, i don't know how to do it without!

2. What Programs Does Everyone Use? I use a program that came with my computer, it's not very good, but thank God I have one better than paint!! It is called Microsoft Picture it! Photo Premium 9!
3. Does Everyone do it in there Programs by Layers? I don't get the question, I think yes though...
