I'd think so. Adobe is harder to use than Corel or Jasc though.

Adobe Photoshop has an enormous learning curve. People go to classes for hours and hours just to learn how to do basic functions.

i have adobe photoshop 4.0 and you are able to make blends and all the cool things every makes. I would think you would be able to on that system.
I Look at tut. and everything, it looks the same as all the other systems

I don't know if any of them are really easy, but there are some free ones out there.

1. Paint (comes with Windows) Very basic program.

2. Gimp -- I haven't used it much at all, because I have PhotoShop, but it looks like it would do just about everything.

You need to download two programs to install it, one that's the program, and the other installs a "runtime environment," which you need for everything to work right.

(They also have versions for Mac and Unix.)

There's a company called Serif that gives away free older versions of their software in the hope that you'll buy the new ones.

They have a free photo editor that MIGHT work. I've never used it though, so I don't know.
