I have PSP X so its probably very similar.
I copy the brush I want (pic).
Paste as new image.
Click the Brush Tab.
At teh bottom of all your brushes (dont scroll) there are to buttons on the right. I think its the left one. clikk it, name your brush and urr done! =]
