Who recommends psp9 ??
Who uses psp9 on here and recommends it??
Here is a link I got off of sendspace.com
I just saw an "anamationshop" thats psp9, and the regular psp9.
they all are free downloads. Anyways here is that link. What do u think??

I've used it, and some older versions, and they're all pretty good.
The link you have above won't get you the whole program though. That's just some of the extras that are optional.
See what it says at the top:
If you've purchased the Download version of Paint Shop Pro 9 or downloaded the Trial version, here are some additional resources (Picture Tubes™, picture frames, shapes, etc.) you can download free. To use, you must have Paint Shop Pro 9 installed. All you need to do is download and run the executable.
If you've purchased the CD version of Paint Shop Pro 9, the only extra item below is the Resource Pack. All other components were installed from the CD. To install the Resource Pack containing Picture Tubes(tm), Frames, Preset Shapes, Masks, Patterns and sample images, click on the download link and run the executable.
