The KELLIES Rule Guidlines & Information
In recieving a vote or votes,you have to campaign for the category or categories you would want to run for in winning.All campaigns will begin after sign ups close on March 29th.

All voting is open to unlimited voting,in which you may cast more than 1 vote per category. There for when voting,submit the following along with your vote or votes: title of category,the name of person or person's your voting for and the number of vote or votes. You may vote for more than one person in a category or categories.
[ EXAMPLES BELOW]
MOST CHEERFUL KFAN:
Kasey (KellieCrazy77) = 5 votes
Shellie (KellieShellieGirl)=4 votes
MOST PHOTOGENIC KFAN:
Sammy (kellierox15) = 4 votes
Alyssa (KellieChris06)= 3 votes
FUNNIEST KFAN:
Allison (pickpickler811) = 5 votes
Gemiz (gemiz) = 6 votes
.................................................. .
All categories must be completed & voted for upon submission.

To get a nomination is to campaign for a category.

So,to answer your question,nominees will be announced on the day of the awards program when winners are announced,the set date is for April 20th.
