OK great! I can help you! OK when you're 1st making your animated avatar, click on the animation wizard. It takes you step by step to making your icon. Click on "next" 3 times to go to the time loop. Depending on how fast you want to go, type in a lower number. It's the opposite for a slower avatar. Hope that helps!

Oh, and if you decide you want to change the speed of the animation when you're done, all you need to do is go to "edit: select all", then go to "Animation: Frame properties" and then you can change your speed to however you like it!
