Well I made it back home, totally exhausted. First I want to start by saying Kellie has some of the most amazing fans. It was an honor to sit among the company I was in last night. As you can see in the pictures, we were front row and our knees were touching the stage. Myself, daughter-in-law, Jan & Allie wore identical shirts I had made. We got our pictures took by total strangers, stopped so many times & asked about them, everyone loved them. We all signed the banner & gave it to Kellie after the show. Robert gave the set list, not sure of order.
Let me just say this, I don't think any other concert will ever top this one. This was the most special b-day gift my hubby could have ever given me. I picked up Allie & Jan in New Orleans around noon & drove to Biloxi. Kellie's buses were already there. Saw some of the guys were in & out but didn't go disturb them. Before geting dressed to go eat, met Brian in the lobby. He got a M&G, although it disappointed me (being selfish), I'm really glad for you Brian. We all ate dinner together. Thanks Robert & Ron, next time it's on me.
Time for the concert: We walked in the venue and nearly fell to the floor. Could not believe our seats. This was better than a M&G. To be able to sit that close was amazing. We were all in the first 2 rows together. Kellie looked beautiful. When she walked out we stood up to clap and she saw our shirts. She had my daughter-in-law and I pull the shirts so she could read them. She loved them. Her vocals are just getting better & better. She has grown as an artist. She put such emotion into every song. I felt like at times she was singing just to me. We drew her to us close at the end with Ketchup chips. We opened a bag and pretended to eat them. Let's just say she didn't let us keep the bag. Her encore was RHH. Once she started singing it we put up our feet on the stage. She couldn't help but notice and came sign all our shoes. Once she was finished with RHH, she stayed out on stage and signed something for almost anyone that wanted her to sign. When she started to leave, she came back to us to retrieve all the gift bags we had for her. That's when I gave her some roses I had delivered to the hotel. As you saw in Ron's photo, I got a kiss on the cheek and a huge hug. Let's just say I was shaking in my RHHs.
All I can say as I'm tearing up even now, "this was one of the best nights of my life". Especially with the fact that I almost wasn't going to go. One of my grandsons was admitted to the hospital that morning and his younger brother(grandson) will have surgery Tuesday. My hubby & daughter insisted that I go, they would take care of my babies for me. I have over 140 pctures and some great videos. As soon as I sort thru them, I'll put them up for everyone.
I want to thank all you guys that were there and helped make my birthday special. Robert, Ron, Allie, Jan, Elizabeth & Brian, it was great spending the evening among new friends. Brian, I want to especially thank you for the autographed gift you got for me at your M&G. I will use it to frame one of last nights photos, you are a sweetheart.

She had to call for someone to take the chips away because she'd eat them all. She added that she gets acid reflux and we might not like the result.
Great pics all of you! I have a question for Robert: why did you have a problem getting to meet Kellie? How do all the other fans do it I am just curious?
I talked to her management on the phone, explained in detail how much trouble we were taking coming to a "pure Kellie" concert. She seemed not to care at all, that I was bothering her, and "she would she what she could do and get back with me." THis was two months ago. I sent two follow-up emails and got nothing back from her at all.
One of Greta's friends, Brian (see his post above) sent a request and got a meet and greet pass before the concert. He said there were about 12-15 people there. Why Greta (who also called about a meet and greet) and I were ignored and he got a pass is not clear at all. What was clear was that I was treated very rudely by the F&H staff and totally ignored.
