Thank so much for the review and photos Heather! They're great! I TOTALLY AGREE when you said the following:
"...Then she slowed it down with "Didn't You know How Much I Loved You", to be honest I was blown away by just how amazing she sounded live. That song is difficult to sing, but it was flawless... "
It blew me away when I first heard it live for the first time also! It brought me chills! I told my friend, "Dang, that's a great song" or something like that, haha! That's one of reason I want it to be her next single because I think it's an awesome song. It would have work better then I Wonder because it's not overpowering and/or overly emotional. I would have wanted, RHH -> DYKHMILY. It goes nicely with the end of school year prom song. I am sure a ton of people would have requested the song just because of that.
"...Gosh is this man gorgeous, he gives me butterflies. And those jeans he wears--yum!..."
LOL!! Did you try to jump up the stage and grab him! There was lady that was sitting next to us that manage to jump just high enough to grab his left leg as he was walking toward the end of the center catwalk when he was here in Cali. It was pretty funny. She was with her husband at the time I think. She had on the biggest Koolaid smile that I have ever seen, haha!
I also agree on your comment on Taylor. She's just so much fun to watch. I love it when she kicks her feet out I think Myriam likes the same thing. It's so cute. She interacts well with crowd and makes you comfortable with her.
Here is the video and a few pictures of me meeting Kellie and me giving her the shirt (I'm the second person, the first is my sister's friend). You may need some Dramamine near the end, my sister was passing the camera to me and it gets kind of jumpy. I also have a couple of clips of her performance that I'll upload and post later if ya'll would like to see them (the quality isn't great).
Great review Heather. I suck at reviews so I've been waiting for someone else to come along to post one and then just reply to it, lol.
I'm so jealoous of how close you were, we were in section 6 row W (the row after the covered part ended). I'm surprised that people that close were actually sitting and wanted ya'll to sit. My mom and I stood the whole concert and so did most of the people behind us.
This was my first time seeing Kellie perform and I was impressed, she handles the stage like a pro. My heart broke for her during "I Wonder", my mom and I were both crying right along with her.
I felt like Kellie's set was way too short, I could have stayed there and watched her all night long.
I enjoyed Brad's performance and was impressed by all the lights and screens (this is the first major concert I've been to) but I'll admit that I was kind of anxious for it to be over with so I could get in Kellie's autograph line. Time I realized that "Alcohol" was the last song I was out of there. We only had to wait in line for about 10-15 minutes but it felt like forever! When we finally got up there I was so nervous, she signed my picture and then personalized the pre-signed picture for the girls I keep. I had brought her a shirt that says Will Work 4 Shoes and I gave that to her. After my sister got her autograph I realized that mine wasn't personalized so I asked her to do that, about that time the security guard told us to move along. I left there on cloud 9. I went to get in Taylor's line but it was really really long and no one I was with wanted to hang around so we left. I'm still kicking myself for not getting in her line because she has said that she stays and signs until everyone has gone through her line... maybe next time.
I've got a couple of pictures and a few videos (includind me meeting her) that I'll post sometime tonight.
This is so random, but did you go to a Sarah Mather show in Wilmington this August by chance? If so I think you took a picture of me with Sarah and e-mailed it to me. If not then just forget I said anything, lol.
Thats great that you got her to personalize stuff!
Stinks about not meeting Taylor, but there will be a next time. By the time my friend and I were leaving security was discussing the best way to cut her line off.
Thanks for the kind words about my review! Can't wait to see your pictures and videos!

It's nice to hear that you met Robert!
First off, when I first read this when you said "I totally agree with the following" I thought you meant both of my quotes and I was like you like Brad's tight jeans too. Then I got your meaning, lol.
Now on to the actually comment. I personally felt like "I Wonder" would have been a much better single after people had really and truly fallen in love with Kellie. The more people who understand the song and feel for her when she sings it, the more likely it is to be well received. But that's neither here nor there. My best friend turned to me after that DYKHMILY and said that she had no idea Kellie's voice was that good. She didn't mean it as an insult in any means but I've honestly never heard Kellie sound that good.
As far as Brad, lol, I did my fair share of fan girl screaming during the show. But I waited until after the show at the met and greet when he pulled me into a hug to touch him. Its so amusing to me to watch older women go crazy over him, there were quite a few ladies like that there.
Taylor made me feel like she genuinely wanted to be my friend. Not just to sign a few things and move on but to get to know me and keep in touch forever. If she could express that from the stage I can't imagine what she's like meeting her face to face.
It was weird, Robert and I didn't speak until after Kellie's set. Its funny how things work out though.
