Hyundai Pavilion - 6/30
Alright well my friend and I ended up getting to the venue just 10 minutes before the concert started because we kept missing the freeway or getting on the wrong freeway. By the time we walked into the venue (we got sidetracked by a group of people having a barbeque) we ended up missing Jack Ingram.
Kellie came out next. She sang a few of her songs and her sister was standing at the corner of the stage. Before she sang Red High Heels she stood next to her sister and said something about how her sister had a stupid boyfriend and then went in to singing RHH. After she said that she wasn't going to sing "I Wonder" because she had sung it the night before and had "an emotional night." But the reason why she changed her mind was because she met two girls at the meet and greet and told Kellie how much that song meant to them and it was their anthem so she said something about how she was singing it for them. After she sang it quite a few people stood up and clapped for her. Oh, and during one of her songs someone handed her a Margarita so after the song she took a sip and gave it back to the person who gave it to her and made a comment about how she's 21 now.
Taylor and Brad did an amazing job as well. The concert was definitely worth it and if they were coming back to CA I'd go see them again.

i heard that they didn't sign after this show either!??
anyone know whats goin on with that?

somone said on nother board it was cause they had to get to Arizona for tonights show...they asked stage hand or something,, i dunno, but, from what i understood they also didnt sign friday night.. and friday and sat.. shows were both in CA... right???
i hope they didn't just decide to stop doing that..

WHAT!?! They didnt sign!?
I'm so sorry Myriam and G! Thats rediculous.
I dont get why they didnt sign the night before on the 29th. It just seems like there is no reason because the were in Cali the next night anyways..

Yeah, it sucked they didn't sign Cortney but they all performed well so it made it worth it =)

You said Kellie's sister Cortney was on stage with her. Did Kellie introduce her to the crowd? I wonder if her Sis is traveling with her for a while or did Kellie fly her out for the concert? Isn't it great that Kellie is in a position now to be of help to her brother and sister who she seems to love alot !

Yeah, she was on the left side of the stage. She did introduce her and bring her to the middle to the stage with her. Yeah, I thought it was nice that Kellie had her sister that night. |
