Can someone help me please

I am trying to make my own blends and I have print shop deluxe but cannot figure out how to do it.....I dont know if i'm using the wrong program or what but it's aggrevating me to death. So I was wondering could someone tell me what program you use and or maybe the best kind i can get to do this. i would appreciate it so much thank you.

Yeah, you need Photoshop or PaintShop Pro or Microsoft Paint for it to work....I hope this helps!
