Sammy, you have to download the brush. If you go to
deviantART: where ART meets application! and type in "Photoshop brushes" you'll find TONS of brushes to download. Click on them to download, go to "my computer", then click "local disc c". Click on it twice, then go to "Program Files", and click on "Adobe" twice. Click "Photoshop Elements 5.0" , and go to "Presets", and click on "brushes" and download the brush to there. Unzip the file to that location when it's done downloading, then open up Photoshop, click on the brush tool (there should be a little arrow or something right next to the brush. Click on that.), and go to "load brushes". Find your brush, and click ok! When you've got that, click on that brush, and you're ready to go!
