What's The Best Program for Blends?
I'm thinking Photoshop, from what I've seen, but I'm not sure.

I use panit shop pro X but the best is probably photoshop but it is REALLLY exspensive

If you want something more inexpensive from Photoshop, I recommend Photoshop Elements 2.0 or 3.0, you can find those for about $30 or so on Amazon.

I found a new program called Paint.NET......... you can download it download.com...... it's a mixture of Paint and Photoshop........ and... It's absolutely FREE

it's a website called getpaint.net or you can get it at download.com.. either way  |
