I'm making a Kat sig right now and I have some hearts that sparkle,I mean the sparkles move in it,and whenever I put them on the sig they stop moving. How do I get them on the sig and they still move?

You need to have an animation program to get the sparkles to sparkle.

^Moving sparkles there animated, you aslo use different sprakles that are called brushes
