LOL it's kinda hard to explain, so I'll post the tutorial I used which should work for Paint shop pro:

Don't follow the tutorial exactly though. If you're using a pic of Kellie, play around with the opacities for the hair and face. I also colored Kellie's clothes, which aren't in the tutorial, so be sure to mess with different colors, blending modes, and opacity. |
