well, as I hoped, it will be between the two Davids. I think we all knew that. But , I must say, Syesha was poised and gracious. She is a real lady and a star, a broadway one, if you will, in the making. She has the looks, the voice and the talent. We all wish her good luck.
I think both Davids already have record deals sewn up and I disagree with those who say that David A will be forgotten. I think he will be a young version of a Michael Bouble type. There is room for all types of music in the business.

I agree Sharon, I had to choose, Buy Idol tickets or Carrie tickets, I bought the Carrie tickets since the shows are on the same day. Plus my wife was really not happy with the show this year and showed no interest in going. I've supported all the Idol shows in the past ,but decided to see my all time Idol, Carrie. I'm going to try and get back stage since a couple of my friends are doing audio for the show, However, then told me it may not be possible because of security, back stage passes will be limited.
I think Kristy, Brooke, Carly and Michael should put together a tour. You have a great mix of music with these four. I feel to many good singers were voted off this season due solely to a popularity contest instead of a Talent competition.
This is MHO based on my Judging experience.

Man I'm really hoping David Cook wins this thing! He deserves it. I'll be voting like a mad woman next Tuesday on my birthday (YES next Tuesday is my birthday). After everything has happened for the past couple of week, I would HATE to see him lose to Archie.

Thanks Nikki! David Cook winning American Idol would be one of my best birthday presents EVER! Every season I've voted for the winner. I've had a very good track record supporting and voting for winners (Kelly, Ruben, Carrie, Taylor, and Jordin were my favorites who have gone on to win Idol). I didn't have a favorite in Season 3 but I always knew Fantasia was going to win. This year my favorite is David Cook and I think I'm going to be his lucky charm to win. |
