Syesha - the last woman standing
she's top 3 and the last woman standing, i never thought that would happen, she's the biggest underdog ever on American Idol, i like her a lot and i will buy her album, anyone surprised that she beat Brooke,Carly,Kristy and all the other girls? lol

I don't think she deserved to be the last girl standing but whatever. Everyone's entitled to their opinion. She's just not my cup of tea. lol.

I'm not surprised actually. The reason she's still there is because she raised her game while other girls like Brooke and Carly were crashing and burning. Plus she has the AA and C votes behind her as well. I disliked her from the beginning of the season but she turned me into a fan. I'm still rooting and voting for my man David Cook to win this thing. I just like rooting for the underdog.

I have always pulled for Syesha because she has a great voice and is multi-talented too. This is probably her last week though, but she is the most successful of the AI girls. BTW: what is "AA" and "C" ? |

AA stands for African American and C stands for Cuban. I heard something about Syesha's parents are AA and C. Plus she lives in Florida you have ton of Cuban and Latinos living there supporting her. I really think along side her fanbase, she's getting those votes and the casual votes as well. I think that's been keeping her in the competition plus she's been stepping her game up as well.
Most Castro fans are voting for Cook next week. Some of them are voting for Syesha because they want to ruin TPTB's little perfect Davids finale. If anything they are mostly voting if they do at all is because they are part of the ABA Block (Anyone But Archuleta Votes). I still say it will take a miracle for Syesha to make it into the finale next week because it's obvious the producers are pushing for the Davids finale and they always get what they want. I expect Syesha to get the Vonzell/Elliott treatment next week.

I think a lot of Ramiles votes went to Syesha too. And probably a lot of the other girls who wanted to keep it a girl. lol.
I'm not voting though. I voted Kristy and then I voted Brooke. After they were both gone I didn't care anymore. lol. I agree that its so clearly a David/David Finale. They've been pushing that for so long I'd be surprised if it ended up anything else. lol.

Syesha was never my favorite because she's nothing special, in my opinion. She does seem genuine and sweet, though. I was glad to see her outlast Brooke and Kristy.
