^No, not yet anyway. I REALLY hope they release it in stores, but digital albums are really popular so who knows. They also have EPs for all the top 12.

I personally don't like the way they did the album this year. Not everone can buy it digitally so it should be sold in stores also. This would also make them more money. Also, on iTunes, they have all of the season studio recordings released about 2-3 times each. Another way that they would make more money is if they were to have the contestants record a song from the top 24, 20, or 16 weeks. That could be the 12 track album, released in stores and digitally. Another marketing strategy. Just my opinion. I was really hoping for a brand new album with Top 24 songs though.  oh well. I guess I'll just deal with it. |
