At this point I'm thinking the final 2 will be Sanjaya and Haley. I give up on either of them going home. Sanjaya's "entertainment" factor and Haley's legs will cause them to outlast people.
I didn't think any season could possibly be worse than Season 3, where the talent level was so low and after Fantasia's audition anyone with a brain could tell she was going to win, but this season takes the cake cause the 3 worst singers in the top 12 are still in the competition today.
This season could be ok if the right people would go home every week.

Although i don't have a backround in the industry,i've learned a lot over the years,the in's and out's of the music biz. American Idol may have some blocking ground to find undiscovered talent,however those who lack in talent and can only make up for it in looks has no buisness to be in show buisness period.
It really is the worst of the worst this season Unkie Ernie,and Gina was the only stand out,but i feel she will do very well on her own,she will have a long career such as Chris Daughtry already is having.

you don't have to be in the business to know about it. Idol is a television show, so I can't blame them for putting some people on there to make good tv.
I just wish the public were more intelligent in picking their favorites. Ian Bernardo was asked to audition for Idol by Nigel Lythgoe cause he knew it would make for good tv. And it did, but they need to be careful in who they put in the top 24. The producers are trying their hardest to get Phil/Haley/Sanjaya off the show, by limiting their face time on the show and in the music videos, they also put them away from Ryan at the end of the show. They give them slots within the show which are easily forgotten and place them after the standouts to make them look worse by comparison.

I'm just glad Phil is safe and that Haley made it another week. Unfortunately I think Sanjaya will last a while, but he was in the bottom so... good! On Gina leaving... Although she wasn't my favorite I think it was ridiculous how America is voting!
