my rank:
1. Melinda Doolittle - My Funny Valentine by Frank Sinatra? Incredible singer. Great performance. So controlled, so different than Constantine's. She's a great singer and seems like a total sweetheart.. but her music's still not what I go for. And she has a pre-Idol stylist? What?
2. Gina Glocksen - Alone by Heart. Carrie? Eat it. Gina is amazing. Please continue to ROCK.
3. Sabrina Sloan - All The Man I Need by Whitney Houston. I love this girl. I love her voice. I really hope she makes the Top 12, she deserves it so much more than some other girls.
4. Stephanie Edwards - Dangerously in Love by Beyonce. It was shaky but she's a really good singer. Really liked the ending.
5. Lakisha Jones - Midnight Train To Georgia by Gladys Knight. My prediction was right. Good vocal but I was bored. She won't ever improve on last week.
6. Leslie Hunt - Feelin Good by Nina Simone. Really nice beginning, got pitchy... but I really liked the scatting. I like this girl. Please please please vote for her y'all.. I totally agree with what Paula said about different flavors of ice cream.. all those divas are the same thing to me.
7. Jordin Sparks - Reflection by Christina Aguilera. She has a great voice but this was a terrible performance.. she was off pitch the entire time. The judges did not need to coddle her. And why is she bawling over her brother? I thought he like DIED or something.
8. Haley Scarnato - Queen of the Night by Whitney Houston. Ok so she looks really cute (LOVE the top, I want it) and sounded younger.. but that was way too big of a song for her.. and I didn't want to see her armpit that much.
9. Alaina Alexander - Not Ready To Make Nice by Dixie Chicks. Oi. No. The song was fine until she hit the chorus.. basically as the song got higher, she got worse.
10. Antonella Barba - Because You Loved Me by Celine Dion. WTF. Go the heck home. Please. And WTF did she just compare herself to JHud?
Should go home - Antonella and Alaina
Will go home - Alaina/Haley/Leslie
